to go from +3 to +8 its (2/3)*(2/3)*(2/3)*(2/3)*(2/3) = (2/3)^(5)= (32/243) which is about 13.17%
its 66.7 % of 66.7 %....of 66.7% 5 times.

So as someone mentioned somewhere that if the person manages to buy 15 HD's and attempts to over enchant them the post probable outcome would be simply 2 +8 HDs which is not even 100% guarantee since its all chance really.

Koreans made thier own random wow didnt know that, the chance to make a +20 weapon is 0.1 % the chance to make a weapon +4 is 66.67% thats 656.8 times more likely.

The amount of new +8++ weapons that are showing up on this server just makes no sence really, seems that people are just getting too lucky or there is smth else.

Honestly massiv0r what is your bow? +12? thats about as much patk as a +5 vesper bow yes... BUT it has less pvp bonus addon and also even if its a small thing its -14 crit rate with SA.
Making +4 is really easy, +5 a bit harder but easy still with bews which you would use on vesper weapons.

Its about luck and ballz but I'm sure there are also ppl using the lag/bug/exploit (w/e you call it) to enchant weapon and above all you cant see how many ppl run with set +6 or more (S,S80,ect)

no matter what you say or do you should know by now that here you can push the limits alot further befor you get banned or investigated by GM,just the way it is

Tru7h made +12 foundation S duals with just luck and balls, however after the rollback they went back to +10 and then he made them +12 later that day again but broke it to +13.
