WTF with so many OE weps?

GMs told they will put out all duped,enchanted items and so which were bugged during those lags......I dont think they did since there is so many OE weps nowadays. for example in aden there is guy selling HD+8,I am watching his shop all the time....I bought first HD,second day he put another,today third and now in the evening he put shop with 4th HD +8.....and no,I rly dont think someone was so lucky

ps: im not saying its impossible, but hey, there was a bug xploit and from a day to another ppl came whit weps +6+++. Some ppl may be legit, but 90% of them... come on, they xploited...

this guy with +8 ica was seling +8 hd,sold,then he was selling another hd +8,traded for +0 150 SA,made it +8,then traded it for icarus and made that ica +8.....dunno if I am 100% right,but it was something like that.....he cannot be so much lucky.and its rly not about hatezor...

Well its possible to make highly enchanted weapons loal.
Tru7h had +12 weapons foundation but broke it going to +13 and it was legit

its not so hard to make +8...and anyway if you sell a weapon +8 with money you earned you can craft 15 of that weapons? maybe even more and try +8.so stfu and go play

imo for me is a very weird  that after some event -> TW we can see suddenly dozens enchanted guns...i saw only these today..

Tbh those are S grade top and not higher, they arent equal to even Icarus in patk/matk so why bother complaining about it?....
