Hey there...i've seen too many times and happened to me too..i was dueling with a friend and he landed fear but still i could attack..also with mobs..WTF?

Nope...It landed normally..but mob still hit me and got me stuned so its not visual :/ i think its bugged and admin should check it

when boss casted fear(?) on me i was standing and still hitting the boss tho i couldnt change target or use skill

I understand what the original topic starter is saying. I was leveling at Cemetary and I casted fear on the Orc coming to hit me. It landed, but acted only after the current action the orc was about to do (stun me). His stun landed on me, but then he ran away coz of fear. So while it would be nice to have his actions cleared and make him run (instead of some kinda queue), this is not too bad. There are probably many other important issues to worry about (like 1 hp res!). This is hardly even close to being a bug, in perspective.

This server has a 1 second or so delay on all skill effects. For example, if you pop UD, you can get hit half a second later for normal damage. That's why those Paliaka instant shield potions are worthless, since when you use them, the game takes longer to put you in invunerable state.

The same thing applies to fear and paralyze.

Talking about paralyze, my status window didn't report Anchor failed to land, but the monster didnt have any effect on it. Tried on a few different monsters. Any idea whats up?

It's not only about "Fear", same sh1t with "Surrender to Water" (in my case)... Even if it lands, bonus dmg doesn't apply and if it doesn't lands it shows up on teh mob like it is... Watafac?

About anchor,If I'm correct anchor changed in Gracia final it slows down the target and after few seconds (my experiance was around 10s) they get anchor but only for small amounth of time (also around 10s) so nothing is wrong with that.

Other delays are just from the datacenter problem,to many ppl and to many actions means small delay

Final platform has many bugs i think we should better update to a new epilogue one   but anyway i found this "bug" or i thought that was bug in case it's not and i reported it just cuz i wanna play properly and not only me but everyone here in this server...am i wrong?
