Char "stopped working"

Hey, today i was doing one quest, and got  error, while running to the quest npc,  tried to login, but all i see is black screen, few friends tried the same they have black screen too. Then y tried  to login to another account ant i got disconects  and i have no idea whats happening, now my friends who tried to login to my acc can't login either wtf, i tried TELEPORT, but it didn't helped.
