stunn workz to good.....
all d buffs workz to good landrate 1/1 or 1/2 with my spoiler i stunned high lvl guys pls fix this

sry but thats not correct i think so i played retail too
i have no probelm with this skills i play cardinal^^ and cardinal can root with a skill lvl 6 O.o i never saw this

Root lv 6 is nothing, if you want to root someone, reroll SE/PP
