Vitality herbs

Just want to ask, do they drop at all? Im lvl 40 and i was constantly lvling at spots where herbs drop, but havent got any single herb of vitality.

yes i had 3

but i guess they have lowered the drop a lot, i like that.

Lowered ? when you're at a spot that drop herb, you ALWAYS see at least 1 guy with vitality herb on (the red light on the guy).
Once I saw 3 at the same time... I also had 2 herbs in less than 4 mins.

It has the normal, retail drop rate. Open moar threads for stupid things pls.
