Mouse Doubt

The right button of my mouse is almost blown to hell. I click, mouse doesnt respond.

Question: Is there a way to make one of the 2 extra side buttons work as the right one?
On the mouse software there's a bunch of options but i guess Game Guard blocks it, because none of them work IG.

Question 2: If i get another mouse will the reciever of the current one work for it? or will i need to have the old one for the keyboard and the new mice's reciever on? Wont the 2 "conflict" ?
