i would like to ask, if its only showing the accounts/chars banned on English server. because

I THINK THAT what you said was: the chars listed here are chars of people that got all of their chars/accounts banned for breaking the rules somewhere else and system listed their x30 chars in there with the reason of their actual "crime" that was commited elsewhere.
