I can't remind any situation like that, so probably it's bugged on l2j servers. The only real issue are heals, including body reconstruction, elixirs, touch of life and regular ones. Potions and balance life works as @hello mentioned.

In dexternet you can fight/heal and even go afk durink celestiel, foi.. but with enchanter barier you only get error ;/
