Server is up?

Hello, as we can see, server USSR 15x is up but after the loading it says " Welcome to USSR 15x ( test server ) ". So my question is if we can start play from today, or on 15 the database will be wiped and until then it`s just for testing?

It`s possible to start the server earlier to avoid big lagging and server downtimes from the beginning. As long as they dosen`t say anything about a few days of uptime server for testing, everything it`s possible.

I see that is NPC Buffer / GM Shop in town, despite the fact that we voted without them.

Server will start on the 15th, as it was announced. Atm it's being configured and tested so don't worry if u see an npc buffer or other things like that. The GM shop will be there though, just without vitality items compared to 5x.

Seems like quest xp rewards aren't  x5 but more like x8, adena quest rewards are x10

Current rates are like:
XP x15
SP x15
Adena x5 (lol) - needs fixing
Quest x10 - needs adjusting (x5 or sth maybe? or reduce rewards for lowbie quests).
Spoil x2 or x3 (for chance and amount) - totaly fucked up.

It's a stupid test server, it's not supposed to get zerged by all the idiots in the world, that's why it's lagging. And are you seriously bitching about settings? They just said, in this thread, that they just started setting it up and ingnore any problems you might see atm.
