My guess would be once they'll be leaked.

I don't really see any point in re-developing/modifying an existing files just to become bugged G+, since they're perfect and we are not yet bored of it, all is new for most of us.

Isn't perfect Gracia Final good enough for you? Then go www.l2.ru or www.lineage2.com u will allways have latest chronicle. Although, if G+ leaks then sure, np with that

because he spend most L2 time in c4 modded priv server, now everything its not as usual

it would be very stupid to take rr for bishop. cause u cant be recharged if u have rr. only if this rule is not applied to skill link.
and imho SE needed this boost for veeeeery long time.

if the recharge restriction wouldn`t been included bishop would be much much OP.

Se needed boots since c5, it got stigma and btb, needed more, nc soft had no idea so they included skill link...

Se needed major heals anyway imo ;p

still no love for PP.
