All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

i meant how much will be the adena rate..and how many clients are allowed..thanx to those who replied, immature guys can gtfo

i have played in a server where , whatever the IP, each PC could log 3 chars..in quick words : if you had 3 PC at home : 3x3 = 9 clients...i guess this isnt working here, so 3 clients per IP

Technically, you can open over 9000 clients per pc/ipad/toilet etc.
But according to rules, you are allowed to open MAX 3 clients per PERSON. This means that no matter how many pc's you got, you are allowed to play just 3 clients simultaneously. Yes, you can log 4 or more, but if GM catches you, it's bb to all of those chars.
