Current server rates will be changed to

Adena/Exp/SP: amount  x30
SealStones: amount  x10
Adena, SealStones: chance=100%
Drop: chance x30
Spoil: chance x3, amount x10
Quest: x5 (not for all quests!!)
Quest awards: exp x35, adena x20

after today's restart, for the test run.
