Login fail!

Well ok guys, i might open another topic about this, but guys, i just can't connect!!!
No metter what i'll do, i can't reach the login screen.

As soon as i press login after i fill pass and user "You've been disc..." apears..

How can i fix it? =\ ....i really tryd' everything o_O
