Question about 1 st November and end of vote

Well is few more days till end of the vote (imo pointless keeping it more but lets stick to rules).
So the 1 st November a side of what rates gonna be can we expect live date (not aproximate), exact live date to add a time counter on site (how many days,hours,minutes,seconds) till server opens.

And if we could tell us why did Shabaka said that server can't open on weekends, is there a special reason? Or you just want to open it together with quest period of 7 signs or you are afraid that server wont be stable if 8k people joins server and you might not be capable of getting that kind of "ddos".



ps.Maybe i am just bored of waiting for server but i am sure that not just me would want to know this kind of info. For sure there will be people taking days off from work/school or w/e so sooner that type of people get live date makes their life easier.
