A question about bans... + (Unfair Ban)

When one player send to Gm one video with another player using bot, the gm have to ban the guy immediatelly??

For example: i send one video with one player farming in IT with l2walker to one of the GMs... its all the GM need to ban the guy or have to check if its true??

when i asked if he checked, he said who sent the video was a friend of him, so he banned me without checking...

im asking to myself if its right... do the things on different ways only because of a friend... since i got full water and fire on my set im going to IOP only for PVP... so he banned me with a video that he dont know when was made... on wich server was made... i got technical problmes on my computer and wasnt able to play on the last week, yesterday when i looged into the game was in Gm-room... why?? because i was boting in IOP... i dont know when... where... how... and GM dont know too..

I`m angry too when i saw u walking not banned so long, But u definently was on  a bot, and it is a fact, because it perfectly see how ur bot stuck near crystals, or not attacking alone support when he is CSing ur mons, or when i`m ask "bot?" and not made an answer. I had played a lot of official servers, and played more than half of the year on RUSSIAN official server, and there made buns whithout any cheking by their "eye". They`ve got a fraps, and making a desition. And it is official GMs, and they hadn`t a friends. So stop telling me about "cheking", this fraps made a lot of truthfull facts of ur guilty. And it definently truthful fraps of x30 server. And there is only one mistake, that u wasn`t banned immediatly after petition.

And listen... u got a friend that use bot... i make one video... he's doing what im supposed to do on ur video... when i send it to GM ur friend will not get ban.. why?? because my relation with the GM is not strong like urs... is not strong enought to make he trust me and ban ur friend...  ur friend was using bot, like u said i was using... but what happened? nothing.. because when gm checked he wasnt on bot.. he cant treat u better than me only because u played toguether...

I`m understand that GM should chek if some1 telling that somebody is a bot, but in this case, there was enough of facts. It wasn`t a case which need to be cheked.

This Video was made in last days of september or first days of oktouber. I had dismissed fraps video already, it is stayed only compressed video. And it was done 7 oktober.

ohh. geniously, so, if some1 used bot only when ALL GMs already sleep, or making this only 2 hour per day, that he cant be ban? It is Perfect justice! I`m from siberia(irkutsk, Baikal) i`m not sleeping when u and GMs got a night. i see a lot of bots. More than GMs can see. So what should i do? Asking a phone nomber of GMs and calling them each night when they sleep to chek somebdy? it is a FREE server, no one here wouldn`t working at night! So how they must to chek night bots?

He saw a video! O_o. Or u trying to say, that i had made this video on other server to ban u? what is the reason? we r not even met exept a once at Cabrio when i started. Ur clan not get any troubles to me, what reason to do a fake video? there is no reason for such troubles, it is a original video with ur botting. So GM SAW U USING A BOT, by this video.

And u saing that GM nothing to do if u get him a fraps video of the bot, but u should try to speak like  this. Find a bot, make a fraps, send it to GM and w8 about month, then u can tell me that GM is not doing his job.

First: This guy, Daniboy, is my brother, he always farm with me and put following me... When we was in IOP and he stop on crystals i try to move him out to dont lose COV... when u made this video i was confused because he wasnt behind any crystal but wasnt following me... so i was going to mob but he wasn, then i back to him and ask if he was there because his char stopped to follow and still trying to move him out...u can see that after i move him out of the crystals i killed mobs normally... u cant say that is bot without GM commands... i dunno if my brother was on bot, but i wasnt...


Second: I remember this day.. we got some troubles on Cabrio and TOI once, and i was about to pk u.. but my AS (170 water) was without augment and i was with 2 parts of draconic set on my bag... on our left side was one Spellhowller and one Elven Elder.. . both with Kokaburra.. they always was there farming fire stone... near that lake... and i have 40+ Pks...

Third: Not answer ur question cant make u sure that I'm bot since i don talk to u...
