stuck on gracia on aurabird transformation

As the topic says, my friend stuck on gracia continent transformed into aurabird, near sod, soe doesnt' work (teleports in this same bugged place), unstuck doesn't work, teleport via website as well. Could any GM move his char to any town or keucereus base alliance ?
