Tablet of vision

Tablet of vision that is for 3 d class quest change is bugged. A friend was doing a quest on his char and he came to a tablet that is in Ketra near Fortress and it kept saying "already in use please come back later and try". That was at morning and he came 2 hours later at the same table to try and it said again the same and there was another person standing at the tablet with same problem. He went to tablet again after couple of hours and it was same message and more people at tablet with the same problem.
Should he wait for tonights regular restart of server and try after that (could be connected to bug that was at Baium)? You should take a look what other things got screwed up cose Baium is just what is known to majority of server population.

Update:There is like 4 people with same problem at tablet right now.

It happened to me with one alt summoner and fixed itself with the restart, so wait and try again.
