Whats the point to open another low rate server? RPG-Club already have a 1x and 5x Server as low rates and a 1000x Server as High Rate.

Excuse me sir, but RPG has only ONE low rate server and that is russian only. Plus... it's a friggin' x1.
Rest are mid/high rates: x(1)5 / x1000 and x105 (x35) which will be closed in the next days.

So, supposing x10 will win and there won't be cakes, it will actually be a lower rate then the current x(1)5 !

The cakes are strong intervention to the game. I want to play at the server without preference of anybody. And I don't want to play at high rate.

I sent a recommendation to admin/moderator, that the voting will be coherent with the cakes. So everybody can be able to choice his prefer rates and if he/she wants the cakes at those rates.
