Banish seraph skill (a lil question)

I heard that this skill has 100% (or nearly that) land rate when enchanted with Dark Attack (+1 is enough) and user's weapon has 150+ dark element on it. LF confirm

i tested banish enchanted on dark using fb+4+150 dark and I can confirm is useless

So it has same chance to land with Dark 150 attri as with No attribute at all?

exactly, attri doesnt affect land rate at all. Most important factor seems to be enchant (+1 is 76 skill, +4 77 skill etc)
