So I did.

+2 speed
+15 mdef
x6.5 weight limit

Cloak Flame:
+18 slots
+2 speed
+15 mdef
x2.5 weight limit

It makes u almost invisible! (btw. u can have weapon etc. equiped, i just remove it to check, if it wont work like hide)

Does the cloaks dispapear when they reach 0 mana?

They aren't shadow items so no they don't dissapear

No. It got 60/60 only in shop, item in inventory got different description.
