Changeing files

Hello!
I am new around and I would like to ask you about:
"  2.3 Apply minor modifications to the client files (as long as it not interferes with gameplay or giving significant advantage to the player)"

Well I would like to change systemmsg becouse I have one I have made by myself and I would like to use it here.
Thing is that updater checks all files, not only critical to L2 only.
If it is allowed, how to change it ?
I would like to also change in l2.ini to play frameless client.

Updater have exclution list where you can add files that will be skipped during update/check files (click for more info). both sysmsg and l2.ini to make client frameless can be done without a problem.
