Kamael Strike Back skill

I tested this on my friend and it didnt reflect any damage. Anyone know's how this skill should work? In the description it says "reflects damage from close range skill's". I tested with deadly blow and there was no reflect at all

its just have low chance to reflect skill

From what i read on guru forums, about 10% to fully reflect the dmg of the skill.
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

Yes its very low rate, tested it and after 7 mortal blows, reflected 1. So it works like it should

I tested it on the test server, it refleted DMG from skills right, except when i used Burning fist with my tyrant against Kamael it reflected two or three times more DMG than I did.
