dimension fragments

Im sure this has been brought up before, but Im to lazt to check all posts and threads to make sure xD
anyway, Im kind of bothered that the dimensional fragment rate seems to be 1x , wich makes it kind of hard to get into rift (unless you spend every waking moment in cata farming DF).
so, I have two queastions:
1:is there any other way of getting DF?
if the answer to the previous queastion is NO:
2:can we please get a change to at least,say 10x DF amount?
