l2.exe windows error

Got some probems with l2.exe. Downloaded GF from 3 sources already always same probem. Tested it on main pc with XP na laptop with Vista on both got same error.

Chcanged option.ini to start in window mode and nothing... delating system before update doesn't change nothing at all. If u guys got some idea how to fix it give me soem reply thx.
