Launcher/Updater Crash

I didn't know where exactly i should post my problem so i will put it here

System: Windows XP
Antyvir: Avira Free - OFF
L2 Version - Grafia Epilogue - But it should work fine. It worked on Gracia Final on other server.
Problem:
I think there is enough information on screen so if u need any other information than just post please.

File was downloaded too long and server lost connect.
Or it`s error in your file system

What error?
I've downloaded full patch from main page and still the same error.
