Im PT, and for that, some ppl will just hate me for this.
Portugal has near to 0 chance on getting to the next step.
The only thing that is good on that team are the CBs and the GK.

Koreans lacked individual skills and air game but they did it good, their defense was solid, their definition was not bad and they tryed it against one of the best selections history has seen.

Brazil soccer always has been, Beatiful. Just the things the players do the with the ball, its just like when any forward gets the ball, and passes through 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 defense players like if he was playing PES, its just beatiful to watch things like that.

in this game, you didnt do ANYTHING. The 2nd half, was better than 1st half on brazil for sure, but still this is not the same Brazil, that won the 2002 cup, and that players on the field were afraid of that yellow tee.

u are talking about 2002, did u see our first matches in 2002? it was the same thing.
the real world cup starts in the next phase, when the bigboys appear..
we got a team that went there just to defend, gotta agree they did well.

the problem is that we are talking about brazil, just win is not enough.
so , next 2 matches i hope that our opponents try to do something instead of be afraid of our uniform

with this kind of game play, i'm sorry, but brazil doesn't stand a chance against teams like germany, italy...even france. north korea defended well, but they made a shit loads of mistakes. brazil could not take advantage of that. not to mention that korea's counter attacks wore almost always 2 vs 6. most of the time when korea got near the brazilian GK they passed back because of lack of players on the attack. they did good for their first WC match in a long time and against a great group of players. but they didn't met a great team, just a bunch of great players.
i'm waiting to see the end of the first round to make an impression on who's gonna win this years WC. but so far, i'd say brazil doesn't get to the quarters

the diference is that korea went to game trying to get a draw, just it.
playing against italy(for example) is different cus they have to win.

we had a hard time against korea? they attacked us like 2 times in 90 mins and even playing against a team that put 11 men defending we made 2 goals.

the problem is that the world is expecting more from us cus of our history.

Thats what I am saying from the start of this thread most of the teams play defence. Watching PT vs Civ defending with 11 players behind the ball and PT was and is one of the most offensive teams ever. The match was so boring that the vuvuzelas was louder when Drogba entered the match and not when some team lost a chance to score

About italy its always the same,e verybody hate them, no one think they can do something ever, yet they manage to get into the next round with 3 ties and being terrible
