to reset your IP filter just do the same as you did when u set your first IP filter, but instead of your IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) enter * (it's nothing censured there, it's the SHIFT+8 symbol)

Instead of tellin' us to use SEARCH option when theres nothing there that can clearly explain how to reset IP filter take a 2 mins and do it yourself...

and what if i never set my IP filter before i just cant log today . I found set ip acc option 1 free window below "now ip" called ip filter and what next ?

actually the way the process is explained in english on the site doesnt says much. i see several players having same problem so its not *one noob busting gm balls* issue. but sending back to search button tells me player support is strong here... not.

A friend of mine had the problem that he couldnt log his char even though he never setted ip filter
But after looking on rpg site in the account management a ip was set (error by system?)

Anyways ill explain you how i fixed it for him without needing email from his account
so maybe it might help you aswell:

1.Login with your account data on the english rpg site and on the left click on Set IP:

2.In the SetIp area it will look somehow like this:
The now IP is your current ip and the ip given in the box is the ip range/ip that can login with your account
(Make sure you dont have "Use for account section (site)" checked. Just do it like on the pic)

3.So now you need to input your ip mask in the field and input the code (Make sure that the checkbox "Use For Game?" is checked like on the pic) and press set ip:

4. Now after the system changed the ip to yours you can actually disable it( you cant disable it if the filtered ip isnt yours)
So take away the check from the checkbox, enter the code and press the setip button again and your account doesnt filter any ips anymore.(like on the pic)

Excuse me? Why is this an idiotic change?
First of all, you are not forced to use it. U can disable it and play like u did from the start.
Second of all, how can a measure that is made to help you protect your account 100% against hackers be idiotic?
And third, i'm waiting for you to explain to us why is this idiotic.
