It should be for: "NCSOFT" and "CHRONICLE" afaik

They were actually gone earlier like an hour and half ago but they took the server down and I think fixed them being gone.  And yes I have not had a letter drop for me in about two hours and I'm on a spoiler *shrugs*.  Hopefully it's a glitch and they'll fix it.

after restart letters drop chance fucked really bad in first days i was getting like 6 letters in 18min now 1letter in 1h
