Account banned

Hi,
I've got problem with my account - it has been banned without any particular reason. When I try to log in it says: (...) your account has been banned due to suspicion of illegal use and/or misappropriation of another player's data (...)' I already sent an email, I talked IG to GM (MichaelV). He adviced me to change the password, but I cant do it since I cannot log in on the site - from the same reason, account is banned. My char is mentioned on banlist with this reason: Hacked, easy or repeatable password, change password and e-mail address.
My password is not easy at all, I do not have any keylogger and I'm totally possitive about it (I dont visit suspicious porn site+ my computer is protected by Kaspersky 2010)
Hopefully I dont have to mention I do not use and I have never used forbidden software such as clickers, 3rd pt software. Not even client modification.
I would greatly appreciate if you could give me some piece of advice or if staff could take a look in my case
