Sub quest problem

Hello, yday i camped almost the wole day cabrio, it spwaned and i got Reira's soul orb from the chest, i went speaking with reorin, and ofc he told me go to retrieve scepters from toi.

Today i logged and server went down ( i was camping hallate) after it went up again golkonda spawned, it got killed and when i spoke to the chest it said i didn't had minimum requirements. I checked my quest tab and realized that my sub quest wasn't there.

I'm asking for some support, how could this happen? ty in advance.

I forgot to add my char name is Madein.
I just went to reorin and i could retake quest.

I already did, but it doesn't seem fair to me. I for sure didn't delete that kind of quest. i'm just asking to check logs, just to know what happened. Since it's really the first time that i see that thing happening.
