Accesory lifestone lvl 70

Hi,I just wanned to ask if there is some chance to get lvl 70 accesory lifestone.all other lvls can be traded at blacksmith but not this one....I just wonder why

Not all LS levels can be traded as accesory LS... look beter in trade list and youl see.

just 70 and 82....but in all drop manager that 2 are also in accesory version....
