Does the cool down for Kamaloka restart after the server restarts?

Does it? Lets say I do Labyrinth ten minutes before server restarts and after server restart, the cool down is removed and I do it again. Is that possible? Thank you.

kama/laba restarts evryday at 6:00 server time...

so you can do kama 4:00, labirinth 5:00, w8 till 6:00, and make kama/laba again...

And yes, laby and kama dont counts as 1 dungeon...
