wind vulnerability

I didnt make any screens but pls check this skill enchant, in my previous server the effect of enchanted hurricane

into "wind vulnerability" was giving me for example -30 wind defence and +30 into the opposite element in this case earth.

What i observed by hitting with hurricane +3 wind vulnerability was -10 in attribute attack and not in defence of my target.

So is this a bug or this is how it should work? because my poor english give me to understant that vulnerable means weak to

something not making less dmg with "wind attacks"...

Let me explain a bit.
vulnerability enchant line is lowering attibute ATTACK of your target.
so +10 hurrucane with wind vulnerability will remove about 40 wind attack attribute from your target.

Some1 can correct me if i'm wrong.

How hard is to get the phrase "As far as i know" and it definetely dont mean that "(i have some serious info about the skill)" as u mentioned, it is just mean .... as far as I KNOW.

ninja edit: i am really trying to understand what part you cant understand exactly.
for example ill use some numbers.
lets say the maximum lvl of knowledge if the skill is 10.
but i just know till 4/10 or even 5/10.
that doesnt mean that i have some "Serious info about the skill" but as simple as that aka "As far as i know"

I works as it should, u got several links here, also u can find there info about enchanting such skills, vulnerability is kinda wrong translation and leads ppl to believe u will have better dmg with that, but thats not truth, always enchat such skills (nukes) on power.

At least i cannot find wind attack enchant on hurricane as an option

i dont know if every element attack has different effect.
But, i fought with a sps with water inv on his hydro blast. and description says "Decrease target's water resistance"
i got a screenshot, ill upload when i get home

Actually its so easy to test, ask some SH (for SH) or sps (for sps) and land it one on other and see if it lower elem attack or elem defence.
But KnGhtmRe is mostly right, enchant elemented nuke skills for power (only some nukes are exceptions)
