Strange high enchants

Natka - cleric got +16 form 16 enchants used              (no way in hell0
01 - dwarven fighter got +15 from 15 enchant used    (WTF ?)
Lutson got +16 from 25 enchant used                           (could be but hard to belive how lucky he was)

Can GMs take a look what happend there ?

Example from a char on 30x:

+65 = the total number of enchants on his items. For example, he can have boots +5, gloves +3, necklace +3 etc. and all this put together adds to 65
+11 = the highest enchanted item he has

None of those numbers show the enchants he used. If the char u saw had +16 / +16 it means he has only 1 item enchanted to +16, not that he used 16 enchants and all were successful. It's also possible that his +16 item is a NG weapon from the auction manager.

Top don`t show enchant grade. It may be any grade D-S84 or auctioneer`s NG +15
