Imo with the currents servers on rpg x15 fits better, also there it will attract more players.

I really don't get why anybody would move there considering old chars from the x10 will be transfered there  :D

Anyway anything higher than x5 it's not low rates anymore  :o

In my opinion it could be x15 because you have almost same rate like x5 and next server is x30 so server should be with rates less than x30 and higher than x5 so x15 could be great
