account banned. no email

Hi,

My account got banned today. I don't know why. I checked the ban list but the reason is in Russian and I can't read it because I speak English. When I logged in today it said I would get an e-mail detailing the reason of the ban. I didn't get an e-mail. Could someone explain the reason?
