Server is not down...
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

Nothing is 'the fack' wrong with the server, it's the hosting company having problems. Get a grip of urself.

I thought its a problem of my own but really, its the server giving out those dc's every 3mins?
Logged this morning my tripple box to farm farm abit, but its kinda frustrating to log it back and rebuff wolf all the time.

Problems from the net provider, nothing we can do about it. Only x1 and x5 servers left to move to germany, it will be done shortly. No more such problems after that and a great decrease in delay for everyone.
