DC ERROR

When I log to game I get dc   On the  website i get error.My account is amonik.Please help.Sorry for english

Please be a little more descriptive. When do u get that DC? At login screen? Server selection? Char selection? After u enter in game? After how much time? Do you see other chars moving around while u can't (until u get dc'ed)? And any other info u think it's relevant.
What error do u get when opening the site?
