Loss for untranslated trade-bot

I lost 2kkk adena, because I used the "english version" of RPG-Club trade-bot program. The russian texts/cyrill words are not translated english on all screens therefore I made a big mistake, I changed *quantity and *price fields. I signed this error for RPG staff but I still did not get a final answer, can I get back my adena what I lost for their untranslated bot-program.

Anyway I'm courious for all other player's opinion in this question! Have I truth or not?!
