login problem on eng forum

when i tried to log on my acc at eng forum to check somethink i cannot log it write Доступ закрыт - IP не проходит по маске. !! [Сбросить фильтр] !!... so then i tried to log by my mail but nothing happend so whats wrong??

this is not my problem i already translate it but i cannot delete my ip mask or what so i cannot login on my acc

i already  done this, i put login,mail and that code and i clicked del ip mask and then it wrote Для сброса фильтрации по IP пройдите по ссылке в письме.
