Strength is not everything!

There once was a dwarf who studied the artisan profession with great devotion.

He learnt how to craft mighty swords and strong armors.

Soon he made friends and earned the appreciation of many.

He was becoming richer and richer and he was happy for a while.

One day he thought to himself: "So here I am rich and surrounded by friends. But all of my friends have great deeds in their lives. They fight evil monsters, they kill powerful enemies and I... I spend my days sweating in the forge."

Once he realized this he became sad and lonely. He kept on working but even the masterworks didn't satisfy him. Maybe the gods were laughing at him?

As he was walking the streets lonely, the dwarf heard a rumor. Everyone was talking about a great battle soon to come.

The dwarf got many orders and he worked day and night to prepare the warriors. They were going to siege the castle! Some of the warriors would become legendary, some will fall in oblivion.

One day, the dwarf was working quietly when he heard voices approaching his door. Some of his strong and tall friends entered the forge and bowed to him.

"Why do you bow to me? I am nothing but an artisan." Said the dwarf.
"Our dear friend, you are not just an artisan! You helped us become the strong warriors we are today! But we come here with a request." They responded.

"We need your help to gain victory at the siege. You are famous for your skills! Maybe you can help us with your creativity?"
Suddenly the dwarf felt joyful and he got an idea on his friend's request.

"At last I am taking part in something big! I'll make sure my creation will be remembered in future! It will shake the ground when walking and it will break the strongest walls!"

So was the dwarf thinking as he was working on the biggest creature ever. And indeed, he helped his friends in the battle! Finally, he was satisfied and really happy. 

"It is true, I am not such a good fighter... but my skills and knowledge were crucial in the great siege! I have friends and not at least, I am rich! Ho ho ho!"
