PROBLEMS WITH ACCOUNT

HI !
I GOT BANNED on Hi5 server on my characters: main LoveToKill and buffer Chr1s, and I don`t understand why, cause I didnt used BOT or any other ilegal programs! I was live on characters, in that moment in kitchen, comed back and here we go! you ppl should have some software to detect this problems, you can`t just BAN PPL only cause you find them AFK doing NOTHING!
so, what can we do about this problem?
