Pet lose

My pet kokabura lose when i have 49 % food eat and i have all items to food i dont have any kokabura and dont have food

Any gm can help whit this problem ?
This is not normla i give him food but  in this day i sumon him he dont die he leve and in some time lose him i give her food and now is fail  you can help or unswear what to do ?
