Maybe coz international community emoquit in less than 1 month? 

They saw it happening with 5x/15x, International community didn't offer a decent fight to RU and then server died.

I knew that this gonna happen , and we all knew that they put the rates coz of russians. but no1 expected that they will get free boting w/o being banned or anything.Even if they banned them, i am preaty sure it was to hide the real facts and the real state and after that theyr getting unban for free.
There is a long way to catch them, and when u catch them they will be borred and alrdy half of them gonna cash out.So u will end up in position to wait for silver for 6 months to get 81 so u can get some competition here, till them we gonna pvp each other and those 81 lvl russians that are handless. Thats why i am not active and lost will to play when i saw all this stuff.

You don't get the point do you ? The point is to either let everybody bot or don't let anyone, if you let everybody nobody cares since like at official, if you don't let anybody some will be lazy and quit. However if you let just few people bot it will completly dissbalance the server and spoil the fun.

You don't get the point do you ? The point is to either let everybody bot or don't let anyone, if you let everybody nobody cares since like at official, if you don't let anybody some will be lazy and quit. The goal is let people think its okay to bot, then ban them a time and get $$$ in unbans.
