Yes. It means going out and interacting with real-life NPC. They can give you quests for real adena and as time passes by, you gain more and more exp, you grow stronger and you get top equip, find some sexy elf to marry and receive the blessings of Einhasad. Eventually you get to top level and you get bored. So you decided to emo quit and some young bastard steals your (nick)name and continue on to screw your legacy.
