there we're an annoucment with a correct TIME so why should they announce 5 mins until off that it's 5 mins till of when they announce that it will be off at 21:30 and you see in your clock it's 21:25 (ofc +- time zones)  j

i dont mean this just for today announced downtime,but for every restart....U know everybody have another time...I mean my clock doesnt have exactly the same time as yours...so U dont have chance to know when exactly restart will be.U R doing something, hope U will make it,hope U have for example 2 more minutes and ding,30 seconds and ciao...

announcements are always made +0 gmt i live in +2 gmt so it's not hard to add 2 hours and i guess you know in witch time zone you live so it's not hard to take away those hours

ya,why not make it by hard way.....is it so hard to turn off announces for example for 540 seconds?I dont mean blue chat announces,but that big one that popups in our beloved 30s..

OK lets think about this one... the gms and coders have lives too. they need to work to for food., housing, and other bills. now ask yourself how do they pay for such things? there isn't enough money from donations to pay for all of this for all of them so they must have a job. the gms are also russian, who would have guessed? therefore, they probably work during the day so they obviously cant do it then, and why would they do it during euro high time when there are 5000 people online? now if they start late at night when the population is low they will piss off the least amount of people maybe a 1000 max. now why cant they do it during the week on like Tuesday? once again they work during the days and probably think admining for a private lineage 2 server inst worth losing performance at work cause they may have to work from 1-11 am their time? you people make us Americans look bad. think about why  they might have the downtime now. there must be a reason they aren't out to piss off their players they need us to survive Americans are cash cows everyone knows that. i bet you per capita Americans donate twice the amount Russians do.
