Choose server Empire and nothing happens

I very often have tat problem:

Choose server Empire from server list and nothing happens, then when i log again account is in use, then again and nothing happens after chose Empire. But everytime when i chose GF OBT i always login.


WTF IS WRONG? WHEN THE ENGLISH SECTION WILL GET ANY ANSWER???
