up, stil lag, edited host file, tried clean cmd, my net works good, used latencyfix , its server side many of my contacts having lags others smooth move, ideas?

from 29ms ping with perfect responsee on 12k players  to 290ms (server side) pls solution... it was working allright till 2days ago dnt tell me its amount of players
