Im Totally agree with you, this server has 12k Online , for got sake I was never ever before give money for LIneage 2 but I did here , this server got so much donation I even think they make more money than l2 offi, buy better firewall , buy better server , ISP, staff to handle the server , ppl don't care but sh1ts like this makes ppl just press 2 magic buttons on lineage 2 folder (SHIFT + DELETE) and click YES. I simply  cant play at day I get randoms DC's/freezes/no mobs/no npcs. So some1 said somthing what you want you play for free , OK I dont play for free , I give money for this server , I guess i have a right to atleast know whats going on!? Right now I dont know whats the problem , or when it will be solved?!
